Only what you type into our forms: your name, email and phone number, plus context such as the course, project or programme you're asking about, your institution or company, and your message. The talent directory on this site shows anonymised previews only; it never displays names, photos, colleges or contact details.
Form submissions are sent to our team as an email through our email provider, Resend, and are not stored in a database by this website. We use them only to reply to you, arrange what you asked for, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell personal data.
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. To block spam, your IP address is held in server memory for up to ten minutes to rate-limit form submissions. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security and reliability.
Candidates opt in to the directory, choose what goes into their full profile, and can withdraw at any time. We share a full profile with a company only after verifying the company and only with the candidate's agreement to that specific introduction.
Projects and code written during programmes belong to participants. With written consent, we may showcase selected projects in case studies; names are only published with explicit permission.
Enquiry emails are kept for up to 24 months, programme records for the duration of our agreement with your institution, and directory profiles until the candidate withdraws.
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent, at any time by writing to contact@veloxara.com. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
