Veloxara provides software engineering education services including hands-on workshops, institutional training programs and hackathon management. Program scope, schedule and deliverables are agreed in writing with each institution before delivery begins.
Institutional engagements are invoiced per the agreed proposal. Cancellations more than 14 days before a scheduled program incur no fee; later cancellations may be charged up to 50% to cover committed instructor time.
Course materials remain the property of Veloxara and are licensed to participants for personal learning use. Code written by participants during workshops and hackathons belongs to the participants.
Participants and partner institutions agree to maintain a respectful, harassment-free environment during all programs. Veloxara may remove participants who violate this standard without refund.
Veloxara's liability for any claim arising from a program is limited to the fees paid for that program. We do not guarantee placement outcomes; we guarantee the quality and delivery of the agreed training.
